Alare Technologies is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position requires a mid-level professional with 5+ years of experience in conceptualizing, planning, designing, analyzing, and testing electrical parts and complex PCB designs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical/problem solving skills. In addition, the candidate must be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. This position will work within a highly diverse technical team on cross functional integrated systems.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This position requires a BS Electrical Engineering Degree
Applicant must have strong skills in the following:
- Designing high-speed digital and analog systems
- EMI/EMC compliance and signal integrity
- Hands on PCB schematic development and layout using Altium Designer, or other similar tool.
- Simulation (Spice, LT Spice, etc.)
- Testing and debugging complex electronics (oscilloscopes, logic/network analyzers)
- Testing and validation of system designs to ensure they meet operational and functional requirements
- Microsoft® Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Skills that are a strong plus:
- Experience with both C and C++ programming in embedded environments
- Ability to assemble, solder, inspect, and rework small prototype electronic components under stereoscopic magnification
- Familiarity with RF testing
- Ability to work with glues and fasteners, fabricate simple jigs, prototype fixtures, etc.
- ALTIUM experience
* Successful applicants must be able to obtain and hold a US Security Clearance.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
