Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and manage room assignments - Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist with night audit duties as required - Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Bilingual language skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism We offer competitive pay based on experience.
