High-volume Property Management Company is adding to our current team. We are searching for a detailed-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in the growth of our company. Our ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills with work plan development and progress oversight, and will be expected to prepare and present regular progress updates to appropriate management channels, ensuring completion. A strong ability to problem solve, manage multiple tasks at once, as well as receive and give direction from multiple team members is a must. This is a position that will be based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Liaise with management and vendors to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.that align with goals
-Coordinate internal/external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
-Analyze, adapt project scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit
-Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and team members and check in for status updates
-Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deadlines
-Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues when needed
-Monitor and streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
-Ensure accuracy and process city permitting for portofolios
-Facilitate and maintain vendor relationships with the company
-Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices
Requirements:
-3+ years’ project management experience
-2+ years Rehab / Property management experience
-Hands-on experience with managing vendors and teams
-Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
-Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
-Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
-Excel knowledge, MS or Google knowledge is required
-Propertyware experience is preferred, but not required
