Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc (C13489) is hiring for a full time Operations Manager position in Austin. The Operations Manager will maintain the day-to-day operations for our clients in Austin and surrounding areas. This will include hiring, training, and scheduling of Security Officers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with all Security Officers.
- Works closely with clients and sales staff to ensure responsibilities outlined in contracts are properly carried out.
- Resolve issues regarding pay, morale, or complaints.
- Effectively manages overtime by ensuring effective scheduling and making timely, qualified hiring decisions.
- Takes prompt action once a complaint is received regarding employee performance or conduct, administers disciplinary and coaching actions.
- Interview and hire qualified applicants to fill open post positions in a proactive and timely manner, utilizing the company interviewing guidelines.
- Make initial job offers and job transfers for Security Officers.
- Create, modify, and manage post schedules to always ensure adequate coverage.
- Approves, rejects, and monitors all time off request for Security Officers.
- Ensure all positions are staffed according to contract requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding timekeeping procedures.
- Prepares and maintains post orders for all client accounts.
- Assist in maintain company fleet of vehicles.
- Responsible for reviewing all officer duty logs and incident reports.
- Works with admin department to ensure adequate staffing levels are always maintained.
- Responds to client/employee/supervisor calls, text and/or emails in a timely manner.
- Responds to emergency situations on client accounts or as requested by client/supervisor.
- At times required to work a post for special assignments or in the event no coverage options can be made.

Applicants Must Have:
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
- The ability to use computers and technology.
- Fluency in English
