Essential duties and responsibilities
- Provide customer service for an e-commerce platform, including replying to comments and questions on emails. c
- Work closely with Shipping and Customer Service Manager with questions about orders
- Answer inbound calls with questions regarding product and order information
- Answer emails and chats with customer service questions
- Correct orders, process refunds and help customers with ordering.
- Gather and respond to reviews on the website.
- De-escalate calls if needed
- Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ensure all tasks are completed for each customer in a timely manner
- Provide the highest level of customer support and care to ensure customers needs
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday during standard business hours, but occasional weekend shifts might be required with advanced notice
