We are looking for an individual to fill the role of a kitchen manager that likes taking initiatives and will follow through with their responsibilities.
Primary duties:
Go over weekly events and orders.
Ensure all pack-out go flawlessly with all items on carts and ready to completion on time.
Detail all food portion, food production, inventory, and food ordering for our orders, receive shipments and events while managing food costs.
Opportunities will be available to earn extra money working as banquet chef on events.
