Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of various programs. This role involves working closely with individuals, families, and community partners to ensure the success of the programs.
Duties:
- Develop comprehensive plans for program execution, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee daily program activities, ensuring they are carried out as planned.
- Lead in program delivery, providing direction, guidance, and support to the youth.
- Facilitate workshops, group activities, and other program sessions.
- Coordinate with other staff and volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and support for all activities.
- Monitor program activities and deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
- Collect youth post surveys and staff evaluations of program performance.
- Collect data to measure outcomes and effectiveness, and assist the Director of Programs with preparing reports for grants and funders.
- Update the daily calendar to show the number of participants in each program.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide support and referrals to participants as needed, ensuring they have access to additional services.

Emphasize inclusivity and embrace non-traditional programming to create pathways to violence intervention, recognizing and honoring the diverse voices and perspectives of our youth.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in nonprofit, education, or community centers focusing on at-risk youth (age 13-24), violence intervention, or related fields.
- Passion for empowering young people and families through non-traditional, strength-based methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Spanish speaking as a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
