Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Sales Associates to lead our teamand drive the success of our fashion and sport apparel store. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product displays, promote sales, and enhance the overall visual appeal of the store.
- Collaborate with the buyer to curate a diverse and appealing product assortment that aligns with current market trends and customer preferences.
- Create a comprehensive merchandising plan that outlines product placement, promotions, and seasonal changes to guide employees in executing a consistent store layout.
- Lead and inspire a team of employees by providing clear direction, setting performance targets, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Train and coach employees on best practices for customer engagement, including product knowledge, customer service, and upholding brand standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, making data-driven decisions to adjust merchandising strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, overseeing inventory management, product replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting successes, challenges, and proposed improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in merchandising, ideally within the fashion or sport apparel industry.
