ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT (HOSPITAL)
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, Texas.
Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, Texas is between $90,000 and $120,000.

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for company’s field trades on each project.
- Responsible for the material list, closeout documents, site safety.
- Establish work schedules and loading charts.
- Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs.
- Interact with the general contractor on day-to-day scheduling and performance issues.
- Jointly responsible with the project manager for having material, tools, equipment, information, and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion.
- Does a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager.
- Monitor work as performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews.
- Monitor work as performed, directs subordinate supervisors and crews, and schedules work according to the pace of the job and other trades.
- Responsible for overall safety on the project.
Electrical Superintendent Qualifications
- 6 years or more of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
- Experience on projects up to $5 million.
- Healthcare or Hospital.
- Current State Journeyman or Masters Electrical License.
- Must possess all skills of lower-rated positions including Foreman, Journeyman, A4, E4.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background test.
- Must have a stable work history.
- Software: MS Office.
- Must have safety certifications (OSHA 30).
- Will be responsible for 50-80 electricians.
- Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
