Job Title: Senior Project Manager (or Project Manager)
Job Location: Addison, TX
Salary: $140k-$170k
Requirements: Experience as a Project Manager or Senior project manager on K-12 / Education projects. Candidates without Education project but who have general commercial construction project experience are encouraged to apply.
This is a full time/permanent position with a 200-person / well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers and senior project managers.

Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution

Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget

Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
