We are seeking a Sustainability Coordinator with Rockline to coordinate and execute program day-to-day activities including sustainability reporting, chain of custody (COC) documentation, customer response support, data collection, and product/project support. The coordinator is expected to serve as a back-up to the Program Manager for intermittent periods and therefore will be expected to have a level of expertise on Rockline’s program.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Survey Coordination
a. Collect, analyze, and report on Rockline’s Operational and Product/Project Sustainability initiatives.
b. Populate web-based customer, Third-Party, and Non-Governmental Organization(NGO) surveys, meeting various deadlines.
Site Data Coordination
a. Collect and populate Operational Data into web-based and Excel-based calculation and reporting tools.
b. Create presentation-ready site level dashboards illustrating site sustainability status in Energy, emissions, waste, and landfill.
Chain of Custody Coordination
a. Coordinate and prepare reports for the Sustainability Program manager related to Chain of Custody (COC) programs including Forestry, Palm Oil, and other components.
b. Populate data logs through coordination with cross functional teams.
c. Support annual program audits.
d. Establish and monitor CoC compliance for new Trademark Use products (ie. New on-pack claims).
- Support Sustainability Program Manager in coordinating internal communications with various stakeholder groups.

This is a hybrid schedule. In office Springdale, AR or Sheboygan, WI Monday to Wednesday. Thursday/Friday work from home
Sustainability Coordinator Qualification Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Sustainability, or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum requirement of 1 year of general business background that could include financial, operations, product development, marketing, supply chain, data analysis, and/or sustainability experience is required.
- Ability to analyze data, recognize business impact and report data in a concise and audience-relevant manner.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Inquisitive, enjoys learning
- Self-motivated
Sustainability Specialist Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of general business background that could include financial, operations, product development, marketing, supply chain, data analysis, and/or sustainability experience.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Power Point Presentations- create, design, and communicate utilizing PowerPoint/Canva presentation tools.
- Ability to analyze data, recognize business impact and report data in a concise and audience-relevant manner.
- Both verbal and written skills must be high.
- Inquisitive, enjoys learning.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, ability to multitask.
