Due to the expansion of our inside sales team, we are looking for both inexperienced & experienced Merchant Cash Advance sales professionals to join our inside sales team.
A perfect candidate must have a minimum of 1 year in the business cash advance industry or telemarketing/sales experience and be a real closer. Will train, but must be hungry and paycheck-driven.
Sales experience or finance background is a plus - but if you haven't worked in MCA before, we will train!

Compensation Package

Inside Sales Representative Job Description
- Enthusiastic representation and clear explanation of our group's products and services
- Outbound solicitation of leads (cold-calling) on dialer system
- Inbound solicitation of warm leads coming in from Company Advertising
- Develop new accounts daily and achieve (and beat) company quota
- Retention of existing accounts and cross-selling new company products and services
- You'll be expected to make 300+ calls a day: what you put in, you get out
Skills we are seeking
- Organized, go-getter attitude, never throws in the towel, takes direction well - but also driven and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Fast learner and can think quickly on feet
- Dedicated and committed to growth and maintaining a routine schedule of work performance and attendance

Selling alternative funding, merchant cash advance, equipment leasing, credit card processing, merchant services, bank card industry in an inside sales position with high earning potential
Inside Sales Representative Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year outbound/inbound telephone sales experience
- Ability to enthusiastically represent the company and its services. (i.e. maintain a positive attitude at all times)
- Articulate and well-spoken
- The ability to get past gatekeeper to the decision maker is a must
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Strong and concise communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a competitive nature
