Job Description:
As a Sales Representative specializing in AI-enhanced SCADA solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and closing deals with clients across various industries. You will leverage your deep understanding of SCADA systems, AI, and industry-specific challenges to consultatively sell our solutions, helping our clients achieve unparalleled operational insights and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our footprint in existing ones.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand potential clients' specific challenges and tailor presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our AI-enhanced SCADA solutions.
- Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on our product offerings, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and SCADA technology.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field and help shape future product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by managing the sales process from prospecting through to closure, including negotiating contracts and managing client relationships post-sale.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in selling SCADA systems.
- Deep understanding of SCADA systems, AI applications in industrial settings, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges in the industry.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical sales role, selling to industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, water/wastewater, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.
