Job Description
Our Data and Technologies Solutions Business Unit seeks a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our Advisory Services division, focusing on Order to Cash solutions and Go-to-Market Strategies. As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining our advisory offers, establishing pricing strategies, and driving business growth through sales and partnership relations. You will be responsible for managing the P&L for the program, overseeing staffing needs, and spearheading initiatives to expand our market presence.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in product sales, marketing, and consulting sales, with a focus on Order to Cash solutions.

Proven track record of successfully developing and selling advisory services, preferably in the professional services industry and/or market research industry.

Strong understanding of billing and Order to Cash, including invoicing, collections, revenue management, and payments.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Offer Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop advisory service offerings tailored to RESPEC customers and prospects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Pricing Strategy: Determine pricing models for advisory services, considering factors such as market demand, value proposition, and competitive landscape. Develop pricing strategies that maximize operating income (OI) and drive project work for our DTS programs.

Business Development: Drive sales and business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand our presence and wallet-share within our current customer base. Cultivate relationships with key RESPEC leaders to help drive additional consulting work across all RESPEC lines of business.

Partnership Management: Identify strategic partnerships and alliances that complement our existing programs, specifically Billing, Customer Development, and Data Management. Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with partners to deliver comprehensive offerings to clients.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the advisory services program, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of advisory consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their business. Ensure exceptional delivery of advisory services, meeting client expectations and driving tangible business outcomes.
Additional Information
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
