Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts across both business units: U.S. Dermatology Partners and Derm Skincare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns. They will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, increase patient engagement, and drive ecommerce sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic across both business units.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to enhance lead generation for our dermatology practices and drive sales for Derm Skincare.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing data from SEO, SEM, and paid social channels to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink acquisition strategies to support SEO and SEM efforts.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop content strategies that align with SEO best practices and promote user engagement.
- Execute and analyze A/B testing across marketing campaigns, website, and ecommerce platform to identify the most effective elements for user engagement and conversion.
- Support the digital marketing team in operational tasks and campaign management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and/or ecommerce industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
