Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric is seeking a Call Center Representative. If you enjoy identifying, researching, and resolving customer questions this would be a great opportunity for you!
Office Location: 5701 W. 73rd Street, Chicago, IL 60638
Hours: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Compensation Range: $16.00 - $19.00/ Hourly (based on experience)
Responsibilities:

Schedule customer appointments based on availability.

Provide customers with basic information about Four Seasons HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric.

Provide exceptional customer service/Quality of Care
Required Qualifications:
-
Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn.
-
Type minimum of 30wpm
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
At least 3+ years customer service and/or call center experience.
-
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
-
Experience handling high call volumes.

Provide 3 long standing professional references
