We are actively seeking an exceptional Customer Support Representative (CSR) with a commitment to provide first-rate customer support for our e-commerce operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customer support channels, including phone, email, web chat, SMS, and walk-in retail services.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure customer orders, returns, and inquiries are managed effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within the e-commerce or B2B parts sector.
- Proficiency in the use of platforms such as (or similar to) BigCommerce, NetSuite, Slack, Gorgias, and MS Office Suite.
- Superior problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Other Requirements:
- The successful candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Pompano Beach, FL area.
- Willing to work during our business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with a 30-60 minute lunch. Most weeks include up to 2-3 hours of overtime pay if desired
