Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Agency Manager to join our dynamic team. The Agency Manager is responsible managing and growing an already very successful book of business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a track record of being able to thrive in a very competitve work environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, expand market share, and penetrate new markets.
- Utilize warm calling and cold calling techniques to generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the agency's technology sales expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, and account management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with warm calling and cold calling techniques.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
