Everstaff is seeking a Customer Success Rep for a reputable manufacturing company in the Mentor area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship building
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing accounts
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process
- Collect customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product or service improvement
- Meet or exceed daily targets by effectively managing accounts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- A passion for customer success and commitment to achieving goals
