Responsibilities/ Skills and Experience
· The electronics engineer's responsibilities include; developing electronic products, PCB design, testing systems, maintaining and supporting existing products, providing cost and time estimates and writing up improvement plans. Must be able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and deliver work to strict deadlines. Please Note; This is a solo position and resourcefulness may be required from time to time.
- PCB Design: Lead the PCB design process from concept to production. Your skills with ECAD software will be instrumental in creating efficient and reliable multi-layer PCB layouts.
- Firmware programming in C and C++ programming
- STM32 Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of STM32 microcontrollers to develop high-performance embedded systems. You'll work on firmware development, optimizing code, and troubleshooting.
- Prototyping: Take your designs from the drawing board to real-world prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with our team, to ensure seamless integration of electronics into our products.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle complex engineering challenges and provide creative solutions to technical issues.
- Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.
- Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
- Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in Electronics.
- Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating existing electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
- Dual-majoring and or knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering would be preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and assembly.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, research and analytical skills
