Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a full time, on-site, self-driven, detail oriented, Accounting Clerk to assist the accounting department in dealing with invoices, accounts payables, receivables, and other related job duties and responsibilities. Must be a team player.
Job Responsibilities:

Process vendor bills and process payment
-
Billing/Invoice Distribution
-
Process Credit Card Payments and ACH Payments
-
Reporting
-
Scanning and e-filing documents
-
Assist with processing returns as needed

Assist with new account set up

License Verification
-
Assist with phone duties when needed

Assist with related special projects, as required
Qualifications:
-
One-year related experience or equivalent a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service; professional phone etiquette

Computer Skills Aptitude a Must

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP System a plus
