Chanco on the James, is looking for a chef to serve as head cook and kitchen manager. Our year-round conference menu includes both home-style items and more refined entrees, served buffet-style. Group sizes will range from as small as 10 to as many as 100. We also serve meals of up to 200 people family-style during an 9 week traditional summer camp program. This a full-time, year-round position. Compensation includes salary range of $40,000-$42,000 depending on experience and a generous benefits package including several paid holidays, pension, and medical benefits.
