Relationship Manager
Position Summary
The Relationship Manager will enhance the client relationship by supporting Wealth Advisors with service and operational duties. This position is an integral part of the Wealth Advisor group as well as the Operations Team. They will coordinate with Wealth Advisors and clients to ensure every aspect of advisory and insurance accounts are set up accurately and properly maintained according to the client’s Wealth Plan. This role will often be the primary contact for client inquiries and account maintenance requests. While it is not required, we encourage the RM to explore a career path to becoming a Wealth Advisor.
Essential Job Functions
· Service client needs and requirements as determined through electronic and in-person client interaction
· Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies
· Support Wealth Advisor communications with the client base including phone calls, emails and meetings
· Attend client meetings and be responsible for follow up activities at request of the Wealth Advisor
· Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with the main focus on service and operations
· Coordinate with Advisor and the Operations team to generate annual client review materials
· Interact with the firm’s Operations team on all planning and follow up
· Follow and maintain written processes with a desire to improve processes where needed
· Provide positive and professional service to the client base assigned as well as all internal and external Stakeholders and vendors
· Participate in daily morning advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements
- Attend all sales and marketing meetings scheduled for Wealth Advisors
· Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the Operations team
· Attend firm client events when appropriate
· Support Wealth Advisors as requested
· Provides all Paraplanner roles for team clients
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, SalesForce, etc) preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred
· Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
· Desire to complete CFP preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
