Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific disorders and needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual and group settings.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families to promote well-being and coping strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Speech Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of CA.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Valid CA Driver’s license.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
