Position Summary
This position requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Responsibilities
· Provides administrative support to office personnel.
· Maintains filing systems.
· Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, signs for incoming packages, greets visitors at the door.
· Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
· Maintain office supplies and kitchen supplies. Order items as necessary.
· Works closely with other staff members and provides support as needed.
· Picks up mail and distributes it to personnel.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience working in an office or administrative role.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
· Knowledge of QuickBooks software
· Able to maintain filing system.
· Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
· Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office, and phone etiquette.
· Strong organization skills, communication and interpersonal skills while being a team player
· Great attention to detail
· Able to multitask

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
