The QTI Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Scheduler for our client company in Middleton, WI. This is a Temp-To-Hire position with opportunity for hire after only 3 months. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize intermediate to advanced computer skills for scheduling tasks.
- Create and manage documents using Word and Excel.
- Learn and apply the Nester function in daily tasks.
- Read and interpret basic part drawings accurately.
- Use a tape measure for precise measurements.
- Apply above-average math and reading skills to scheduling and planning.
- Work collaboratively in a group setting.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed based on business conditions.
- Adapt quickly and efficiently to a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
