Summery:
Our company seeks a Project Manager with a background in the millwork/casework industry to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. You will be directly connected to our: sales, estimating, engineering, production, and finance teams. The leadership and communication you provide will be a core component for success.
The salary range for the role is $70,000 to $85,000. Our benefits include: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, Free Life Insurance Plan, Paid Time Off, Flexible Scheule, and a 401K option with a 3% match.

Job Functions:
- Communicate directly with clients regarding project timing, requests for information or change, design issues, etc.
- Communicate directly with the team regarding project requirements and identifies key success factors and high-risk scope elements/materials.
- Explore architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation to gain a deep understanding of project requirements.
- Proactively coordinate meetings and site visits with customers to ensure everyone is on track and up to date.
- Coordinate PM to Engineering and Operations hand-off meetings, focusing on, project requirements, key success factors, and high-risk elements.
- Conduct field verifications to collect data for Engineers to ensure designs are accurate and will accommodate other trade work.
- Maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Identify opportunities with customers and positive trends to achieve revenue growth through profitable projects.
- Handling all client interactions in a manner designed to build a long-term relationship
- Introduce innovative approaches to estimation, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Responsible for achieving revenue growth through profitable projects
- Incorporate feedback from the team to continually improve the PM process.
- Additional functions assigned as business needs change
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing architectural millwork and or casework projects for the commercial and residential sectors.
- 5+ years of utilizing software applications to develop estimates and change orders including Bluebeam and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of AWI standards and custom millwork fabrication.
- Excellent time management, negotiating and written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to help create structure and processes in a growing company.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Efficiently schedule all aspects of estimating from start to finish.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high level of accuracy.
- Utilize software applications to manage projects including Office, DropBox, Gmail, etc.
- AutoCAD and/or Cabinet Vision experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel
- Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in project/construction management or related field PREFERRED.
