Overview:
We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient restaurant operation within the organization.
Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day restaurant operational tasks and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in proofreading documents, training materials and correspondence for accuracy.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate software programs efficiently.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Familiarity with back office recipe/inventory management systems.
- Basic knowledge of Aloha POS.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management systems.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
