Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of diagnosis, performing evaluations & re-evaluations as needed for self and OT Assistants. This candidate will also have the experience needed to assess and treat clients with Oral stage dysphagia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Initial and Re-evaluations on clients to determine qualification for therapy
- Implement treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
