We are a private country club in Rancho Santa Fe and we are seeking a skilled, full-time Banquet Line Cook.
Candidate must have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- The ability to set up and maintain a workstation throughout service.
- Proven track record in like environment-the ability to cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer and work on several different orders at once.
- The ability to mix ingredients such as pancake and waffle batters.
- Operate large volume cooking equipment.
- Read and vet food order instructions such as BEO's.
- Prep foods for use in each shift.
- Clean, stock and restock workstations.
- Pride in presentation and quality of food.
- Being a flexible team player.
- Efficiency with time management.
- A positive attitude!
