Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics):
Leadership: Influences, motivates, and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations.
Administrative and Management: Knowledgeable of the theories, practices, methods, and techniques of financial management.
Compliance: Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
Reporting: Skill in presentation techniques and the ability to communicate in writing, to prepare analyses, presentations, briefings, reports, statistical summaries, position papers, and other documents.
Agreements: Knowledge of legal or contractual agreements between institution and/or third parties. Knowledge of invoicing systems and related electronic methods of payments between organizations. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to fully execute external agreements from identifying requirements, analyzing data and support documents, obtaining necessary approvals, finalizing agreements, monitoring execution, invoicing, and closeout process.

The category assignment is a measurement of the degree in which your background matches the competencies required for this position. Qualified candidates will be ranked into one of three categories: Best Qualified, Well Qualified or Qualified.
Best Qualified - Meets the minimum qualification requirements and excels in most requirements of the position.
Well Qualified - Meets the minimum qualification requirements and meets most requirements of the position.
Qualified - Meets the minimum qualification requirements, but does not possess the relevant competencies to a substantive degree.
