The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for providing excellent nursing care to both well patients and those with health problems as well as ensure the patient's right to privacy and cofidentiality. They need to maintain competency and exercise sound judgement. Delegate tasks as appropriate and seek consultation. They are responsible to handle emergency situations to provide excellent service to the patient and physician at the clinic sites. Participate in monitoring the quality of service assuring that standards are being met to comply with safety, public health, OSHA, and HFAP regulations. Serve as nursing resource to other clinical staff.
