Purpose: Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience during daily plant site operations. Responsible for assuring the safe and efficient daily operations of the plant site. Hires, trains, develops, supervises and motivates employees towards accomplishing departmental and company goals and objectives.

Supervisory Functions

Assure daily employee compliance with company policies and procedures

Monitor daily plant operations

Ensure compliance of company safety regulations and policies at ALL times

Ensure compliance of all company environmental regulations and policies
- Coordinate scheduling with dispatch
- Conduct plant inspections and inventory

Maintain adequate levels of all plant supplies and products (i.e. fuel, cement, admixtures, fibermesh etc.)

Maintain accurate and current reports as required

Complete all required reports accurately and timely

Education/Experience

One to three years of similar or related experience.

Valid State of Texas driver’s license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
