We are a small law firm with approximately 10 attorneys in North Houston, TX. Looking to add a Labor & Employment associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Desired experience includes: employment law consulting, government investigations (DOL, EEOC, and ICE), employment law litigation (written discovery, case evaluation, depositions, and motion practice), and employment compliance. Prior experience training HR departments or client employees is a plus. The position will require research, analysis and writing skills.
Fast paced environment. Will be working directly with partners at the firm.
Requirements
- 3+years of successful experience as an associate attorney, preferably as a labor and employment attorney.
- Good academic credentials
- Licensed in TX or eligible to quickly become licensed in TX
- Excellent references
- Spanish is a plus
