While working for ETS you will be:
- Taking ownership of the HR experience.
- Owning the benefits and recruiting processes.
- Improving staff experience with ETS and their managers.
- Perfecting your skills regarding staff development and training.
Your days will be spent:
- Recruiting candidates and onboarding new hires.
- Working with insurance brokers, vendors, manufacturers, and facility management.
- Overseeing multistate semi-monthly payrolls.
- Updating and enhancing employment policies and procedures.
- Helping build and boost staff engagement.
- Supervising the Front Desk position.
We are looking for an individual who:
- Understands the importance HR plays in the employment process from benefits to staff development.
- Has the ability to comprehend and negotiate employee benefits with assistance from our broker.
- Has extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting.
- Effectively manages multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Works well independently or with a team.
- Has 3 to 6 years of experience and is ready to take their career to the next level.
- Has or is close to obtaining HR certification.
