This is an opportunity for a carpenter with commercial tenant improvement carpentry skills to join an experienced and fun team as we build a mid-sized Woman-Owned Commercial General Contractor based in Redmond, WA and working throughout the Puget Sound Area with premier clients. Opportunities to work in the North and South Sound areas. The night shift schedule is generally 4 ten-hour shifts per week (typically 7pm-5am or 9pm-7am). We offer our carpenters with 12 months tenure a 401(k) plan with 4% matching contribution.

We do TI work for premier companies in the tech, healthcare and communications sectors. Several of our key clients require COVID and flu vaccination to be on-site.
Duties will be varied. They may include:
- Identify any workplace safety hazards and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize them
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with field crew & supervisors, clients, subcontractors, consultants and all team members
- Supervise field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship which conforms to Corti quality standards, client expectations, plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project field personnel, clients, and subcontractors
- Optimize the profitability of the company through field planning and efficiency without jeopardizing the quality, safety or completion of the project
- Perform quality workmanship which conforms to Corti quality standards, client expectations, plans and specifications
- Ensure training and development of craft persons and other employees
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas
Education & Experience:
- Prefer successful experience with a large Commercial General Contractor, with at least 6 years Carpentry experience
- Skilled at interior finish work
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read electronic plans and use computer software such as MS Office
- Excellent teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills
Compensation set by Carpenter's Union:
- Foreman Wage - $67.69 per hour
