We're Hiring! Busy small office Contractor is looking to fill 1 position for a front office entry level Admin/Customer Service Rep. We are a locally owned and growing licensed contractor based out of Murrieta. We specialize in the sales and installation of quietcool whole house fans and have an immediate full time, temp-to-hire opening for Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm/7am-4pm. We expect this position to last roughly 6 months with the possibility to become permanent.
Duties of the position include providing support to our sales, operations, and field employees, assisting in daily office needs and helping to manage our company’s general administrative activities.
Ultimately, a successful applicant should help ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and field technicians.
Responsibilities: To include but are not limited to; Answer and direct phone calls and emails from both customers and field technicians. Organize and schedule appointments. Data Entry
Qualifications:
- -Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- -Professional Telephone Skills
- -Computer Literacy and Knowledge of common operating programs; Microsoft, google etc.
- -Similar Office Experience a Plus, but not required.
- -Able to Work in a Fast Pace Environment Multitasking
- -Comfortable Working as a Team or by Yourself.
- -Geographical knowledge of California Cities
