Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain premium guest experience.

Serve as the main contact regarding any issues or concerns during scheduled shifts.

Responsible for the supervision of opening/closing procedures.

Support pre and post event needs such as set up and breakdown of events, general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance actions (field/court grooming or cleaning), etc.

Serve as on-site facilitator to onboarding team members for orientation, training, on-job training, and performance tracking

Analyze team member performance and assist in implementing plans, procedures, and strategies to further team member development.

Reporting of daily operations, incidents, accidents, and occurrences of damage.

Work alongside the company’s mission, vision statement, purpose statement, and values.

Analyze process workflow, team member and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.

Ensure that company policies are enforced. Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.

Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.

Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings. Most work takes place in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time. Employee may operate a variety of small and medium equipment on a regular basis.
