Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of entertainment activities at our venue, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate entertainment programs and events
- Collaborate with vendors, performers, and artists to ensure successful events
- Manage entertainment budgets and expenses
- Negotiate contracts with performers and entertainment providers
- Coordinate catering services for events
- Ensure high-quality guest services and satisfaction
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue through upselling opportunities
- Maintain a calendar of events and activities
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of entertainment areas
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with market trends in the entertainment industry
- Previous experience working in a hotel or similar setting is a plus
