Job Responsibilities
- Answering customer requests or inquiries
- Upselling/down selling products to the customer
- Identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
- Building a positive rapport with a variety of personality types
- Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services and promotions
- Develop an understanding of the insurance industry and common objections
- Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
- Generate sales through utilizing proper closing techniques
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Job Requirements
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Goal oriented with a competitive spirit
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
- Working knowledge of a computer
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
- Previous experience working as a telemarketer is a plus, but not required
