Overview:
As part of the project maintenance operations team, the Maintenance Manager will be taking on the challenge of leading a talented group of staff and some customer interface. The Manager will work closely with local hardware staff, tech ops, software ops and infrastructure teams. The Manager will be expected to provide leadership and operational expertise and guidance both to internal parties and customers. The Manager will be responsible for mentoring staff, motivating them, and growing them in their careers while installing and maintaining the best, most reliable, and most accurate systems.
Responsibilities:
- Direct operational management oversight over local hardware maintenance operations per contract requirements.
- Lead project team to provide 24x7 system uptime for all aspects of the operational tolling system.
- Work with multiple functional groups to define scope, budgeting, forecasting, for continuous operational delivery for project.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teams.
- Matrix-managing additional operations personnel as needed.
- Drive cross functional team implementation and communication for best known practices across all operational aspects of project.
- Drive system performance ensuring all contract required metrics are maintained and all performance audits are completed and passed for each project performance requirement.
- Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.
- Drive internal teams to meet project milestones for all activities, including but not limited to response/repair, Daily-Weekly-Monthly-Semi-Annual preventive maintenance.
- Participate in review cycles alongside of installation managers on project documentation including bill of materials and system engineering drawings, confirming no installation activities obstacles and ease of streamline maintenance on all new site location/change orders.
- Provide customer up to date all ongoing activities clearly outlined in tracking templates.
- Clear and transparent communication with customer per scheduled meetings and adhoc as needed.

Pay Range: $100K - $120K
Qualifications:
- Understanding all contract KPI requirements for correct staffing levels to maintain hardware and software operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project issues at any given time
- Maintaining large-scale 24x7 revenue collection system
