We are looking for a dedicated, kind-hearted animal lover with a positive attitude who can help us provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You are the ambassador of our clinic! You will be our clients first point of contact both on the telephone and in person. A smiling face and a winning personality is a must.
You must possess excellent phone etiquette, verbal skills, time management and have the ability to multi-task. You will be answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, checking patents in & out and assisting your co-workers as needed. Willingness to assist clients, technicians and veterinarians with pet handling, as needed, is required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Works well on a team as well as independently
- Ability to effectively multi-task & prioritize workload based on client, patient, and practice needs
- Computers skills: Electronic Medical Records (Avimark experience a plus) & Microsoft Word
- Filling prescriptions
- Assisting technicians and veterinarians with pets
- Organization & inventory management - helping keep all areas of hospital clean, stocked and organized
- Pitch in where needed to provide top-notch care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
