Inventory Specialist
Dollar Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party fulfillment company (3PL) for e-commerce brands with facilities in Tennessee and Idaho.

The Inventory Specialist performs all functions related to the operational aspects of the business on the warehouse floor while maintaining the organization’s 3PL structure of ordering and supplying of necessary items while maintaining accurate records with a focus on the inventory function of the business. The following is not an exhaustive list of duties for the role:
Responsibilities:
· Arrive at our facility on time following your specific schedule.
· Weekend availability as needed is required.
· Pick or pack orders within our fulfillment center.
· Load and unload trucks as required.
· Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of products.
· Assist with inventory counts and audits.
· Meet required productivity standards while avoiding errors.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
· Maintains consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles.
· Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items.
· Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.
· Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
· Ability to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.
· Focus on the inventory counts. inaccuracies and organization of the operational side of the business.
· Other warehouse duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
● Full time - onsite position

· Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
· Lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED
● 1+ years of experience in packing and picking
● 1+ years of inventory processing experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
● $18.00 an hour
