Jones Road Tree Service is seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Customer Service & Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer service responsibilities with administrative tasks, providing support to enhance our office operations and customer interactions. Ideal candidates will have a passion for service excellence and strong organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - 8am - 5pm (8 hours)
- Wednesday - 7:30am - 11:30am (4 hours)
- Friday - 8am-5pm (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and processing invoices.
- Handle customer billing and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction details.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems and inquiries.
- Additional tasks as necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
