Faulk & Winkler is currently seeking a full-time IT Specialist who will be responsible for the upkeep of our systems as well as technical support for up to 50 workstations.
Responsibilities:
- Working with hardware including servers, storage, Cisco switches, and Meraki wireless access points
- Administer virtual servers
- Maintain network and data security
- Manage Yeastar cloud PBX platform
- Manage Active Directory / Azure Active Directory, Windows File, and Terminal Servers
- Oversee Microsoft Office 365 accounts and software licensing for end-users
- Manage tax and accounting software including CCH Axcess, Caseware, DocIt, Quickbooks, Sage Intacct and Fixed Assets
- Manage Fortigate firewalls including VPN connections for remote users
- Oversee desktop support for end-users Windows including software support and training as well as hardware break-fix issues
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, problem solving, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of computers and networks
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in IT support with 10 or more users
- Ability to perform minimal after-hours and/or weekend work as needed
