Join our client's dynamic team as a Program Coordinator, focused on nurturing and developing the future leaders of their organization!
As the Emerging Talent Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing innovative programs that empower interns, new graduates, and other emerging talent to excel in their careers.
The role is an incremental piece to ensuring our client's programs are original, inclusive, enjoyable, and scalable. This is a 6-month contractor position with the possibility of extension based on business need and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support year-round programming efforts in partnership with recruiters, the programs team, vendors, and cross-functional partners (employee and workplace services, human resources, leadership, etc.).
- Drive operational excellence in workflows for program participants or candidates.
- Drive and maintain data integrity during a data infrastructure transition.
- Coordinate programming operations and event logistics for onsite or virtual engagements, including budgeting, calendaring, booking spaces, marketing materials, speaker and volunteer coordination, and attendee preparation.
- Identify creative approaches or advance new strategic initiatives that amplify the company culture and meet programming needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in event logistics and operations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Passion for meeting the unique needs of emerging talent and contributing to their development.
- Enthusiasm for innovating and improving emerging talent programs through workflow analysis and the generation of new ideas.
- Background in University Recruiting, Emerging Talent, or Employee Experience is a plus, but not required.
