As a Lead Gutter Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of gutter technicians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of gutter technicians.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members.
- Delegate tasks and ensure that team members understand their responsibilities.
- Installation:
- Assess properties to determine the appropriate gutter system requirements.
- Install new gutter systems according to specifications and building codes.
- Ensure proper alignment, pitch, and attachment of gutters, downspouts, and accessories.
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing gutter systems.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments as needed.
- Clean gutters and downspouts to prevent blockages and water damage.
- Customer Service:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide recommendations for gutter system solutions based on client requirements.
- Address any concerns or questions from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Safety:
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure that all team members use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards on job sites.
- Documentation:

Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in gutter installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
