Program Director:
The Program Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the program and the direct supervision of non-clinical staff.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the intake process and make sure the census and waitlist are full
Ensure program compliance with personnel policies and safety regulations
Crisis management with clientele - handling all behavioral issues, discharges, etc
Run Monday night's "house group" with all clients present
Non-clinical staff oversight: all shifts are appropriately staffed and backups are available. Hire and directly supervise non-clinical staff.
Ensure that the program meets BSAS regulations and contract obligations.
Work with the Clinical Director to ensure program standards are being met for all clientele
Facilitate proper staff training and the weekly staff meeting
Provide emergency coverage as needed.
Ensure that the program has adequate supplies and the properties are safe and well-kept
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years' experience working in management positions preferred. Demonstrated competence in service coordination with other human service and health care providers. Experience with billing, financial and contract management. Excellent computer skills are a must. Knowledge and experience in administration of a team effort, including team building; familiarity with referral sources; and the ability to supervise and manage both professional and paraprofessional staff. Ability to work cooperatively and supportively with other staff as a member of a treatment and management team. Strong organizational, writing and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with a diverse client population.
Days and schedule:
Full-time exempt position (40 hours)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
