Job Summary: Responsible for completing the administrative and clerical functions for the operations/back-office department of the bank.
Education/Experience: A minimum of the following education/experience is required:

High School diploma/GED and 1 year experience in a clerical related field;

Associate Degree and 0 years’ experience in clerical related field
Job Specific Responsibilities:

Verify RMS reports, includes checking for RMS documentation and saving with report.
-
Verify Reg E, Dormant, CD maintenance, ATS, and Stop Pay reports.
-
Maintains, documents, and properly stores deposit records using the current record retention schedule.
-
Process Savings Bonds and Foreign Items.
-
Compile POD EOD Sending Bank Summary report.
-
Work Research & Adjustments. This includes working Summons and Subpoenas that the bank receives.

Processes branch capture work.
-
Provides back up to other Deposit Operations Specialists.
-
Maintains detailed records on all work responsibilities.
-
Maintains the confidentiality of the Bank’s customers.
-
Remains current on and adheres to all regulatory requirements and training.
- Adheres to all deposit related policies and procedures, including periodic updates and maintenance of individual procedures.

Maintains, documents, and properly stores deposit records using the current record retention schedule.
