What you'll be doing
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will manage and participate in the hiring process through its lifecycle within our Technology, Infrastructure, and Innovation (TI&I) strategic business unit. You will support our business by developing recruitment strategies and actively recruiting best-in-class talent to help us achieve business goals and deliver an exceptional client and employee experience. You’ll provide a superior level of client service to the business by anticipating next-level questions, consulting with hiring managers and leaders, proactively addressing issues to find solutions, and influencing stakeholders to drive hiring goals.
How you'll succeed
Providing exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting for our Technology and Infrastructure business groups.
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, internal partners, and candidates.
Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience by managing your talent pipeline and engaging in regular communication.
Consulting with business partners on Talent Acquisition processes, activities, and outcomes.
Identifying strategies and sourcing channels to assemble a pipeline of candidates for your assigned portfolio. Establish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network.
Providing recruiting data and metrics to internal stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis.
Providing trusted advice to hiring managers by using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels.
Keeping current on labor market trends and competitor information, providing business partners with insights and recommendations that will improve the quality of external hires.
Assemble deep subject matter expertise in your portfolio to better forecast and affect hiring plans and decisions.
Who you are
To perform this job successfully, the individual should have a strong knowledge of recruitment techniques.
You have 10 years of related recruitment and management experience within Technology and recruiting for multiple areas.
It’s an asset if you have experience with diversity sourcing and working with Workday applicant tracking system.
You possess a superior ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with our client partners is key to success.
